We celebrated World Book Day in style with students participating in a wide variety of competitions and activities.
Through lunch and break-time students were helping Newt Scamander find his fantastic beasts hidden across the school. Congratulations to our intrepid explorer Luke for locating all the beasts so quickly! Year 7 students completed a readathon, while all teachers shared excerpts from books that had changed their lives.
So many staff and students dressed as their favourite characters from a book. The competition was extremely tough, but our governor Mr Hirst judged the winners to be:
