Moving from Primary to Secondary School is a major change for and student and their families.
It is a thoroughly exciting time, but also a huge challenge for many young people. We understand that they will need lots of additional care, understanding, and empathy throughout this time. Here at SWR, we work with a range of people and bodies to ensure that this Transition period is smooth and that students are supported every step of the way.
