Induction Days 2026
We have three induction days here at SWR – Monday 6th, Tuesday 7th and Wednesday 8th July. Students attend all three days in their Primary school uniform.
These run from 8.55am until 3.25pm. Temporary bus passes will be posted in advance.
There will be a parent information evening on Wednesday 8th July at 6pm.

Moving from Primary to Secondary School is a major change for and student and their families.
It is a thoroughly exciting time, but also a huge challenge for many young people. We understand that they will need lots of additional care, understanding, and empathy throughout this time. Here at SWR, we work with a range of people and bodies to ensure that this Transition period is smooth and that students are supported every step of the way.
